1. The steam inlet and feed liquid inlet of the jet liquefier should be installed vertically with check valves.

2. A 0-1Mpa pressure gauge should be installed in the steam chamber and material liquid chamber of the jet liquefier. Install a 0-150°C electronic thermometer at the thermometer interface.

3. In order to prevent the nozzle of the jet liquefier from being blocked by ropes, debris, etc., a slag removal basket should be installed when entering the slurry tank (the screen mesh is 14 mesh-16 mesh/inch).

4. The starch milk feed pump adopts a high temperature thick slurry pump with a working pressure greater than 0.4Mpa.

5. The equipment is suitable for starch milk with a concentration of 30-40%. Adjust the pH value according to the process requirements, and add the required enzyme preparation.

6. Adjust the steam valve and the feed valve to make the liquefaction outlet temperature meet the process requirements.

7. After spray liquefaction, rinse the sprayer with clean water to keep it clean.
