SUNSSE began to take charge of the design of Shandong Qingyuan 500 tpd syrup production line in 2022. SUNSSE series of multi-effect falling film evaporator is designed according to customer requirement, with high evaporation and concentration ratio, wide range of material viscosity, good heat transfer effect, large processing capacity, etc. It can realize continuous, automatic operation. In this case, it can introduce highly heat-sensitive, highly concentrated, highly viscous and corrosive vaporizing materials. Therefore, this equipment is widely used in the starch industry for corn syrup, glucose, maltose. Fruit juices and emulsions for the food industry, and lees filtrates for the alcohol industry.  According to different material characteristics and plant conditions, it can be combined into a double - seven-effect evaporation system. In addition, the waste heat from the bundle dryer, disk dryer, and steam injection system can be used as a heat source, which can greatly reduce the consumption of raw steam and achieve energy-saving purposes .
