The kettle body and lid are made of stainless steel such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304, 316L, etc. The kettle body is connected with the flange through threads, and the kettle lid is a normal plate cover, which is fastened and connected by main bolts and nuts distributed evenly around the circumference. The lid of the kettle is equipped with a pressure gauge, a bursting membrane safety device, a vapor-liquid phase valve, a temperature sensor, etc., so that it is convenient to know the reaction situation in the kettle at any time, adjust the proportion of the medium in the kettle, and ensure safe operation. The principle of ion exchange system, the heating method of the reaction kettle adopts steam, heat transfer oil, far infrared, and electric heating. Jacket and half-coil form can also be used.
