1.General Description
Rice protein isolate is a protein powder extracted from rice, which is obtained from rice, with high protein content and not less than 80% w/w. Brown rice or rice is usually further processed to remove carbohydrates, fats and other ingredients to obtain a highly concentrated protein powder.
The quality of rice protein is recognized as the best in cereal protein, which is rich in essential amino acids, the first limiting amino acid lysine content is higher than other cereal proteins, and amino acids are easy to be digested and absorbed by the human body. Compared with other cereal proteins, rice protein biological valence (BV) and protein utilization rate (PER) are higher, the biological value can be as high as 77, and the protein utilization rate is 1.36% ~ 2.56%, ranking first in various grains.
Rice protein contains high quality lysine, is hypoallergenic, superior to wheat protein and corn protein, and is considered as a plant protein resource with high development value.

1). Protein content: Rice protein isolate usually contains a high proportion of protein, the content is between 70%-90%, mainly depending on the type of rice and processing method.
2). Allergy friendly: It does not contain common allergens such as dairy, lactose, gluten, and soy, and is suitable for people with specific dietary restrictions or prone to allergies.
3). Easy digestion: Rice protein isolate is generally well tolerated and easy to digest, although individual responses may vary. It is generally considered a mild protein source compared to other plant proteins, such as soy or pea protein.
