Candle filter

Candle filter is a filter with filter cake layer and has filtering and thickening functions. It has been maturely applied in multiple industries. The structure of candle filter is similar to that of bag filter. Both are fed from the bottom (gas) and discharged from the top (gas). The equipment is equipped with multiple filtration media (filter cloth). However, bag filters are used for gas-solid separation, while candle filters are used for liquid-solid separation. The working principles of the two are also similar. Both have filtration and back-blowing cake discharging (ash cleaning) stages. However, bag filters have two ash cleaning methods: online ash cleaning and offline ash cleaning, while candle filters usually adopt offline cake discharging method, that is, intermittent operation. Direct Steam Injection Process Heater

The direct steam injection process heater uses our unique micro-injection array to heat your process fluid to the required temperature. This array has multiple controllable nozzles that can introduce steam into the process liquid. This method is faster and more controllable. Compared with the single-nozzle method, it transfers heat energy over a larger surface area. Compared with single-nozzle, uncontrollable heaters, steam is more thoroughly dispersed in the injector, enabling complete condensation, thus significantly reducing the destructive vibrations of steam hammer.
